How long does it take?: 48 hours from the moment your quote lands, on business days. If we're going to be slower than that, you'll hear from us before the deadline, not after.
What if my quote turns out to be fair?: Then that's what the review says, plainly, and you can sign with more confidence than you had yesterday. A review that finds a problem in every quote would be worthless, and we'd rather tell you the price is right than manufacture a concern.
Do you contact my contractor?: Never. We don't call them, we don't email them, and we don't publish their name anywhere on this site. The review is written for you.
What if you can't read my quote?: Full refund. If the photo is unreadable or the document turns out to be for a different scope of work, we'll ask once for a better copy, and if that doesn't work we return your money.
Why isn't this free?: The calculator is free and always will be, because it's arithmetic on published data. This is a person reading your specific contract against that data and writing an opinion about it, which takes an hour we can't give away.
